Please Answer [Food/Diet]?
Question:
-*Blueberry bagel w/ butter & a half glass of milk
-*Whole plate of spaghetti w/ sauce & sprinkled cheese
-*About 1 cup watermelon
-*Bowl of shredded frosted mini wheats w/ milk
About how many calories did i intake,, and are any of those bad food choices? I am trying to loose a few pounds of fat, although im 5'3 and 105 pound. Besides that just please tell me whats healthy on there and whats not,, also name some foods you would recommend REAL answers only not something dumb like oh your skinny stop worrying about it cause that is NOT an answer,, thanks ♥

Unless the spaghetti was whole grain spaghetti that was not a good choice and frosted mini wheats is never a good choice because of the frosting. You diet was lacking in veggies and protein. You need to eat 3 small meals a day that are HIGH in protein with a good snack between each meal and before bed to keep your blood sugar more level and you metabolism up. Good things include lots of fresh fruits and veggies, Boneless skinless chicken breasts, whole grain breads, pastas and whole grain bagel etc. Yogurt, nuts and string cheese make great snack items.
