Is it possible for someone to see a noticbale difference in 3 weeks of hardcore workouts and eating well?

Yes it is. Your body is shocked into it. If you have been inactive for a long period of time and then decide to get active through as you call it hardcore workouts and start eating well or smart your body starts responding to this new style of life. The early results eventually plateau which is why trainers tell you to switch up your routines every 3 months so that the body doesn't get used to it or immune to it.

I lose about 10 lbs a week for about 3 weeks when I go heavy and hard on the diet and exercise. I'm talking 900 calories a day and working out for 2 - 3 hours (usually 60 - 90 mins twice a day). All cardio.

yes it is possible..it just depends on body type..if ur kinda big..then ur more likely to see a noticable difference.if ur smaller...then no ur not..it depends on body type..ppl can tell when i lose weight...its sad.they can always tell even when ive lost like 2 lbs..of course..its the ppl close to me that can tell..but still lol..good luck.
if you train hard enough, you might see results in even 2 weeks or less. it just depends on how much the person can tolerate anything and how much dedication/willpower they have. hope this helps.
