How to lose a few if you aren't overweight...?


I am a 19 year old college student and I am unbelievably happy and confident within my body but I feel that I could tone it up for a moment bit more.

I am almost 5'5 and about 140lbs. I run roughly 2 miles a day and usually do another 30 minutes on a cardio domestic device. I also lift upperbody 3 days a week and lower body 3 days a week on non-consecutive days. While I exercise a in shape amount I have a ruinous sweet tooth and a really bad snacking need.

I am looking to lost 2 inches from my waist and an inch off my hips over the course of the subsequent year or so...does anyone have any guidance or suggestions as I know it is difficult to lose weight when you don't own a whole lot to lose.

Any suggestion on ways to curb my snack and sweet cravings?? Good exercises to lost inches from my waist, etc.

I would appreciate any help! Thanks so much! :)

You don't nouns like you inevitability to lose weight at adjectives. You sound rather healthy. I firmly believe it doesn't situation what you eat if you exercise. When I be in college, I lost something like 50 pounds the first semester. All I ate was M&ms and adjectives I drank was cherry coke. But, I walk everywhere which is why I lost weight.
