Hi there! Here are some healthy ways to gain weight, read, and perhaps print out for reference:
1.) Have meals with the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and the right kinds of fat (such as unsaturated and monounsaturated fats, olive oil, canola oil, pistachios, almonds and walnuts).
2.) Eat foods higher in calories, vitamins, and minerals, as opposed to higher in fat or sugar.
3.) Pack more nutritious calories in each serving. For example, you may add grated cooked eggs to mashed potatoes, ground chicken to soups and gravies, cheese in casseroles, eggs, and soups, and nonfat dried milk in soups, shakes, milk, and mashed potatoes.
4.) If you get too full too fast, try having more high-calorie foods or slices of foods as opposed to consuming the whole thing (raisins versus grapes, granola and Grape Nuts versus corn flakes, mango slices versus the whole mango).
5.) Limit drinking beverages to a half-hour before and after a meal.
6.) Drink mixed juices (apple/berry, peach/orange/banana as opposed to one juice beverages) for a higher calorie intake.
7.) With moderation, you may add in good fat sources to meals such as nuts, avocado, olives, and fatty fish (salmon and mackerel).
8.) Snack in between meals. Nuts, dried fruits, and yogurt are good options, but it's also important to find nutritious foods that you will enjoy. Have a nutritious snack before bedtime, such as a peanut butter sandwich.
9.) Also, lift weights! Muscle weighs more than fat, so start pumpin' some iron...Strenth training is a great way to build muscle, and to ward off fat! A great site you should check out is: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workout.
Hope I've helped you...Take care, and be healthy!

It's defniely possible if your sure you want to do it. And its not unhealthy but i would say its usually not a bad thing to have some meat on your bones. The only thing i really can say to help you is to start eating more. At least 3-4 times a day even if it is junk food. Your metabolism is probably really high so you wont start getting fat or anything like that.
How tall are you? Its hard to guess about your weight without knowing your height. You won't gain substantial muscle weight in just 20 days, no matter what you do. If you just want body weight, find a calorie calculator online, it will tell you how many calories you need to keep your current weight, then just eat more calories than that on a daily basis. Getting all those calories from just fruits and vegetables will be hard though. Generally, this sounds like a bad idea . . .
Try Ensure shakes... Ensure Weight Gain.
How to increase height & weight : Even if the parents are not tall or even below normal; the height of the children can be increased up to the age of 20 years. However, such efforts should be made at the earliest. Take the following treatment :
1. Take Acupressure treatment on poits Nos. 3-8, 11 to 15-25-28 & 38 for children below 15.
2. Take 1 glass of gold/silver/copper charged water reduced from 2 glasses (up to the age of 7-8) and then 2 glasses reduced from 4 glasses of water.
3. Take about 75/100 grams of sprouted pulses daily. It should be chewed thoroughly. Jaggery/sesame (Til) can be mixed with them.
4. Drink 1 to 2 cups of leafy green juice daily adding therein carrots and ginger plus honey.
5. Do this exercises for correcting spinal cord, at least 8 to 10 times :
In the morning stand erect keeping the legs 12/15 inches apart. Raise the hands and try to go backward from the waist as much as possible inhaling at the same time. Then come forward and bend from the waist with extended hands while exhaling at the same time and try to touch the ground gradually.
6. Also do exerciseon single-bar, jogging, swimming and yogic exercises.
7. And refrain from abuse of sex-i.e. masturbation. Girls must see that they have regular menses.
8. With this treatment, even weight will increase and become normal.
10lbs in 20 days is kinda iffy if you are going for straight muscle. But to gain muscles you are going to have to do two things: lift weights and eat protein.
When making a lifting routine you are going to want to hit all the major muscle groups. Arms, chest, shoulders, legs, back, and stomach.
Arms: Triceps, biceps, forearms
Chest: Pectorals
Shoulders: Deltoids
Back: Trap, lats
Legs: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves
Stomach: Abdominals and obliques
You are going to have to push yourself to exhaustion for best growth (but always have a spotter where applicable)
You can lift everyday but don't work the arms, chest, shoulders, or back on consecutive days. Legs and stomach you can lift everyday.
For example--
MWF: arms, shoulders, legs, stomach
TR: chest, back, legs, stomach
(you can flip them the following week if you wish)
Since you wish to gain weight you are going to need to do 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps for each exercise. The last few reps should be very hard. The best exercise comes when you finish out barely doing it or barely failing.
I try to do at least 6-10 exercises. It all depends on whether I'm doing cardio afterward (and cardio should always comes after lifting- barring a warmup)
Now you should only take between 60-90 seconds between lifts. To speed things along you can do supersets. Supersets are doing complentary lifts back to back with no time in between. This is very draining though. Most experts say lifting more than an hour a day is wasted. Also get plenty of rest. Your muscles are going to grow during your downtime so let nature take its course.
As for your intake of protein I suggest whey protein powder. Your intake should be 20 grams before a workout and 40 grams afterward. If you are really serious you can also start your day off with 20 grams and finish it with 20 grams. This is in addition to your normal balanced diet. A dedicated weight lifter will take in 1.5 to 2.0 grams per pound of body weight. After your workout you will be starving. I find that the whey protein shake knocks that hunger out pretty good.
Below is a website that will help you choose which exercises to do. It will show a labeled body part. That label will be a link to over a dozen exercises to choose from.
The biggest obstacle to overcome is simply getting to the gym. Once there, armed with you planned workout, you know exactly what to do. But be warned if you have never lifted or workout before you may become dizzy or lightheaded. My first day in the gym I puked. But I blame than on the fact that I would use getting a drink as an excuse to rest. After my workout all that water came back up.
