It isn't that healthy to loose that much unless you are really eating and drinking a lot of junk. If you drink soda of any kind, stop and replace with pure water and a glass of real juice every day. If you eat white bread and potatoes, stop and eat whole grain bread instead for fiber and it fills you up with real food. If you eat cakes and cookies, stop and eat apples and caramel syrup, celery and P. Butter, raisins and a few nuts. You have to eat small portions of healthy foods more often and no junk. If you try to starve your body metabolism will shut down and go into starvation mode and hold on to every ounce. So, do those things and then move. Try walking for longer and longer walks or put on Elvis or Michael Jackson or whoever makes you want to move and dance in the house. Do not shop when you are hungry. Eat using a smaller plate. Seconds only on salads and non buttered veggies. Use olive oil and vinegar for dressing. Eat sherbret instead of ice cream. Small portions. Lean meat the size of the palm of your hand is a serving. A tablespoon of peanut butter is a serving. Eat all the raw veggies you want. Water needs to be with you like a second hand...it fills you up and it flushes you out. Now. Once a week have a little something that you really love. Half a candy bar, a small ice cream, One soda. All diet drinks make you thirstier and aspertame causes tumors and diabetes. SO, stay away from that period!! Eat good fresh as possible even frozen veggies are better than old or canned. You can do whatever you want, just plan at the store and wash and dice and prepare foods so they are easy to grab. No fast food unless it's salad or a low fat subway...you know no mayo and use mustard right! Good luck. Healthy is the gosl, not skinny. Move and eat well.
