What is the best way to lose weight as a teen age boy?

i am trying to get in shape and lose a few pounds and i dont know were to start i am at 180 and want to get to 160

Type in food pyramid (click search) and check out what to eat and how much of each thing you should eat and then exercise at least an hour each day in addition to everything you are now doing. Less food and more work make a permanant life changing weight control possible.
First, limit self to 30 minutes of television OR computer game time per day (60 minutes 2x week). Vegging out is the big problem.
