Work out advice ?
Question:
how can i stop that ?
and how can i make myself work out and keep on it ?
i may do that for 5 days then i stop
it's not about keeping the size 4, i wanna be healthier and i want to be active.
please do help

try fitness magazines, they keep u motivated
just start jogging and doing cardio excersises.
You need inspiration. Have your freind workout with you. If not them maybe a close relative/s. Also have things around the house to keep you motivated like a team you want to be on some day, and or someone you want to look like.
Bring an ipod with you with songs that will keep you pumped, or go to a gym that has television on so that you can catch your fave show while working out. If that fails, just remind yourself that you want to be healthier and get over your lack of motivation by simply "doing it"
The only person who can make you be active and exercise more is you, really. I get tired of exercising the same way every day, so I try to switch things up.
Maybe find something fun to do that you like, and is a form of exercise? Take up a dance class or join a soccer team with your friends. Its great because you are exercising and having so much fun while doing it, that you hardly even realize that you ARE exercising.
Also.. if you're feeling lethargic (sleepy, sluggish), maybe you should re-evaluate your nutrition and sleeping patterns, too.

listen to songs that help get you motavated and keep you moving. dance, you work every muscle if you do. if not dancing, then cardio workouts are great too.
