Raw food diet?

Question:
What do you all think of this? I read that people with diabetes pretty much overcame it because of the raw diet. And you live longer, look younger, and are just generally healthier. I might be willing to do this for the rest of my life. I know I could if I made the decision, it just is a big choice. Should I do it? Why or why not?

Answers:
I was on the raw diet for several months, and I did feel much healthier. I think it's a wonderful thing. If you think you can keep it up, then go for it. I went off it because I missed a few foods that I couldn't have when I was on it. If that happens to you, remember it doesn't have to be an all or nothing thing. Try going on it exclusively for a month, and then, if you want to, don't feel bad about making raw food an "every other day" thing. That's what I do, and I still feel healthier than I did before I went raw.

Also, the food you can make with a food processor and a dehydrator is really very delicious. It might not sound appetizing, but it's good.
