there is no healthy way of losing that much weight in that little amount of time. healthy weight loss is around a pound per week. losing more than that can cause serious problems. hope this helps.
you can't lose that much weight without being unhealthy. any wieght that you lose by "dieting" in the next 9 days would be both muscle and fat and maybe some water wieght. But it's not a good idea. Besides, the minute you are off of the diet, you'll gain all the weight back and this time it will all be fat. Who wants that?
Hmm everyone seems to wake up one morning and magically find that they need to lose weight. It didn't just hit you like a brick wall, you didn't just gain the weight out of no where. The problem is that most people, when dieting and working out, want to see results instantly. Truth is, if you lose anymore than 3 pounds a week, your losing muscle mass.
Why is no one answering your quesion? Yes you can lose the weight probably 5-6 lbs in 10 days No it isn't healthy but I assume this is for a competition or weigh in.

Eat a protien bar for breakfast like Atkins or Think thin or drink a shake (protein one, not Mc Donalds) For lunch buy your self the packs of lunch meat like Hillshire farms, butterball they are the perfect lunch size. Eat it with a cheese stick or if you can find Western Bagles (in the bread isle) they are high protein/low carb and make a sandwhich. Tastes good with tomato and slice cheese melted on top. For dinner eat 3-5 oz chicken or seafood or a huge salad. Have another bar for snack or eat frozen grapes or watermelon. Cucumber, tomato, and onion drizzled with italian dressing. You can be creative!
NO BEER... Lots of water,crystal light Sobe Lean or Propel H2o Take a vitamin if you have never trained like this.
You could fast for a few days and drink a lot of water, or eat a tiny little bit and work out like crazy.
