Question:

B. Rub your belly and say -- ahh, that was good
C. Compensate with excercise later that week
D. None of the Above

Answers:
Time to lay down an watch some tv, ahh.
d none of the above.
D None of the above as I would never eat and entire box of anything like that. Yep I eat cookies and donuts but not a whole box in one sitting.
I guess I would do both A and C, but luckily that hasn't happened to me.

If you want to have a donut or something as a treat then try eating a whole meal first, especially something with protein so you won't be so hungry.
feel very very very guilty... more than you canimagine. and then eat anything in possible in sight that no one will notice is gone. and then feel so much more guilty!! how stupid am i??
Work out later and feel guilty. A and C.
I normally wouldn't do that anyway, cause I think being too full is uncomfortable.
Combination of C&D
i have never done that before but, i would feel guilty then compensate with more exercise for about a week or two.
D - none of the above, because I'm allergic to most chemicals and preservatives and also lactose soooooooo I would end up in bed for the day with wicked stomach cramps and bloating!! Amazingly enough, even though I know that there aren't many fast foods or packaged foods that I can eat I still succumb to temptation at least once a month!!
