Answers:
I don't think the other foods you listed fall under that category...however apples do, I think pears do as well. Yes, those ones are real, It burns more calories to digest them than the food contains. To bad there weren't more like that huh? ☺
i believe so
Hmm I think grapefruit may be one as well, it has a really high acidity level and a lot of people tend to eat them when they are dieting.
Yeah I just found this website-check it out.
eh,dont think so The closest thing to " Negative calories" would mean physical activity exercise I believe
You've got it all wrong, none of these things are negative except the celery, Negative food is a food that takes more calories to consume than it contains, i.e celery is very stringy and crunchy, so by the time you've chewed it enough to swallow, you burned more calories than what the piece of celery contained.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
Technically yes, but its more interesting trivia than useful fact. You can't live on or plan a diet around them.
