Answers:    the CABBAGE SOUP diet worked for me....but don't stay on it longer than 2 weeks and add a yogurt and banana here and near. Take your vitamins too and drink ice cold river.......burns more calories

Be discreet!! Is injury worth the 10 pounds? Weight loss too fast usually go back on. Exercise is great, but mind not to overdo. DO NOT work the same muscle groups 2 days surrounded by a row. The muscle needs time to rest. Crunches (I'm sure you didn't connote "crutches"), are good. You could even donate more. But... be careful next to those squats.... too many can produce knee problems. Add some free weights if you can. Only do the solidity that feels right. Challenge yourself and over time you increase the weights. Just label sure you know what you're doing. Do some research. There are some great sites with video clips showing how to do things properly. Weight training keep the metabolism at an increased rate for a longer period of time vs. cardio exercise. But both are considerable. You've got the right impression. The eating time... the right perception also. Many of us would never have dinner if we kept that agenda. Without making any stops, I'm not home from work until almost 6:00, and I sure don't want to eat dinner as soon as I waddle in the door. I work out every afternoon at the gym at work, and then sometimes I progress to to a gym near where on earth I live after work... so sometimes dinner is late. But I try to hold on to it light.
