u can't while being healthy. you should lose about 2 lbs. per week, altoghether thats around 8 lbs per month which isn't even half of your goal. Sorry.

i know this isnt what you want to hear but that is really unhealthy. but to lose weight you should run. running burns fat all over the body and helps to build and tone muscles. also weight lifting helps.
