Any 'safe' or low cal salads in Italy?

Question:
I'm going there for 2 weeks and need dishes that are at most restaurants, low cal (Under 80) and under 20 carbs. Are there regular salads, as in just lettuce in italy? Like, can I just get salads, with..some cheese, and maybe some veggies on it and not have it be a problem if I dont want dressing?
And is it possible to get sides of steamed veggies with no butter on them with that or somthing?

Answers:
order a tricolore salad -- delicious and under 100 cals for a huge bowl
You can easily find different kind of salad in any restaurant. If you're never been in Italy, remember the more common salads are light, like the dressing as well (generally little oil and vinegar or lemon).
Furthermore, often salds *are* served without dressing and you have oil and vinegar in small bottles on your table!
As for cheese... if you mean "in the salad", well, generally you have to ask for it if *you want* it, since most Italian salads are 100% vegetals or with things like tuna; cheese is used more rarely, and often is mozzarella (which is light).
For any specific request you may have, just ask the waiter: if they can satisfy your needs, for sure they'll do!
