Cold water or Hot water or any pure water for that fact has no calories, so technically you can't gain real 100% FAT.

You can drink SOO much water that you can actually weigh more or become bloated with water. Until you pee it out, sweat it out and what not, your tummy can appear larger because of all the water inside of it. It's only a temporary thing that lasts 1 or 2 days until you empty out all that water you consumed.

I read the other day that drinking cold water could help in adding fat to you body. Reason was cold water causes the fat in food to become thick as with warm or room temp it takes longer. So in theory it takes ur body longer to break it down and process it. Look at a pan of bacon grease after you cook some, when it sits in the pan for a period of time it becomes thick. So then you can spoon it out and give it a toss.
Some cities r in fact trying to get the public to collect the fat from cooking instead of pour it down the drain. They have fond a lot of sewage troubles around the country. I was in Japan and they had come up with a powder that u could sprinkle on the fat stuff so u could then collect it and place it in the trash.
No, the opposite is true. Drinking cold water actually helps speed up your metabolism and helps you lose fat.

If you drink too much water you may feel heavier and bloated, but that is just a temporary thing. You need water to help get rid of extra fat, so don't stop drinking water.
