lol.excercising is the only way to loose weight. it takes 25 days to make something a habit. i was 250 pounds at the begining of summer, now i only weigh 110 pounds. how? by walking a mile a day. simple as that. after 25 days, belive it or not, you will have the urge to go outside. just pack your ipod with your fave songs and off you go. 16 year old azn kid
I hate to say it, but diet and exercise are the only things that work.
Pills really aren't an option, and shouldn't be, no matter what age you are.
Junk food is terrible for you. It makes people sluggish, and is full of trans fat. Talk to your doctor about organizing a nutrition plan for you.
Also, try to exercise. It doesn't have to be anything drastic, like joining a gym, or running several miles a day. Just walking around more, or helping your mom unload the groceries from the car, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator can help out a lot.

ah well sorry to say you have to do a little of both to loose wieght
try cutting down a little on something. like drinking less soda and replacing it with flavored water because if you drink one soda everyday for a month you gain a pound of fat. maybe eat more fruit and vegtables instead of chips.
you don't have to cut all junk food out just limit yourself a little more start by making one change like soda and work your way.
and you don';t really need to excercise all that much. Just 20 minutes a day for atleast 4 days a week. Maybe go for a walk, do some sit ups, swim (do a couple laps in the pool), jump roping is reallly really good excercise. And if you try you will loose some pounds
don't do pills thats not healthy.

well you would HAVE to excersice to lose weight. Go biking, walk, or run to a friends house... that's excersice. Good luck
Weight loss pills don't work unless you exercise. You have to read all of the fine print. Some of them also require you to eat a certain number of calories. Ignore that jiam b, there's no way you can lose 140 pounds in just a few months. About 30 pounds is healthy and achievable in a few months.
