Is this bad?


Question:
when you are dieting .. to have a little icecream or snacks once in awhile, even if you exercise daily? i'm only trying to lose 5 more pounds & i don't want to completely ruin it. i mean, i ate healthy all day and exercised but can't i sometimes have a treat? i wont gain weight right?

Answers:
i think that if you cheat once in a while its just fine- in fact it could actually speed up your weight loss if you have recently hit a plataeu- it kind of shocks your system and your body speeds up your metabolism to burn it all off.
Eat lots of treats, you will soon look like Rosie O'Donnell
If you keep the portion small, you can have a treat once in a while. This will actually boost your morale and keep things on track longer.
Do try a lower fat version (like a sherbet), you may like it as much, but otherwise just a small little ramekin full a couple days a week, isn't bad at all.
