I lose weight pretty fast from just eatinf right and staying away from junk food, but I wasn't really sticking to it too much these past weeks and gained my weight all back! Now I have 23 days until school starts and i want to lose aleast 20 pounds and lose some inches. I ussually lose 10 pounds like in a week,and thats just from eating right...so if i go on a diet i can lose faster..right?? and i need to know the best and fastest exercise for love handles and thunder thighs. lol. thanks to the peole who are going to answer..10 points to the best results :)

You're not going to lose 20lbs in 20 days, and if you do, youll gain back even more, or it will be from doing something unhealthy like starving yourself, in which case your body will cling on to your fat even more and burn up your muscles and bone mass for fuel.
i don't know how you could possible lose 10 pounds in a week, because if that really happened you'd probably be a stick. in 23 days you will probably lose 5 pounds if you eat healthy and exercise alot. [=
