Fatty at 15!! help!!oxoxxxx?

okay so school starts in about a month! and i really want to go back looking good! I want to lose around 20 pounds. (about two years ago, when i went on the pill i gaines weight) but i cant seem to get rid of this weight! i went to the gym 4x a week for like 4-5 months and nothing happened!
i eat pretty healthy (im only 15, i make mistakes sometimes) but i cant lose the weight! his makeing me feel awful! i hate it!! its only my thighs and stomach! like i am a size 5-7 short!
so please help i dont have a lot of money to spend(saving for a car) so if its free its for me!!

Um, definitely you should NOT go a week without eating... that will trigger your body into starvation mode and everything you do eat will "stick" even worse!!

My answer is:

Exercise. Walking in particular. I started with just around the block because I was in pretty bad condition, but by the end of the month I had worked up to a 2 mile walk with 3 big hills in it. And at the end of that month, I weighed 25 pounds less, and it mostly came off my butt and thighs! I made a "rule" for myself that I could skip a day, but only ONE day, so if I did skip a day, that meant I was out the next day even if it meant walking with an umbrella or bundled up like an eskimo. Usually I walked about 5 days a week. Other things to do are to cut out fried foods, cut out "white" foods (like flour -- bread, pizza, pasta --, sugar, white rice, dairy), eat lots of veggies and fruit. Cut out pop, regular or diet either one. Drink lots of good water, bottled or filtered.

The pill made me always put on about 7-8 pounds but most of it was in my bra, if you know what I mean. It's the hormones.

lol.excercising is the only way to loose weight. it takes 25 days to make something a habit. i was 250 pounds at the begining of summer, now i only weigh 110 pounds. how? by walking a mile a day. simple as that. after 25 days, belive it or not, you will have the urge to go outside. just pack your ipod with your fave songs and off you go. 16 year old azn kid
eat healthy and excerise
you are not fat if you are a size 5-7. but if you want to be like a size 1-3 because i'm 15 and i'm a size 1-3, then you should not eat for a week or eat very little and then watch your weight like every day so as not to gain weight cuz at the rate you are going you are gonna become fat if you eat too much.
