Will i loose weight if...?


Question:
I eat speacial k every morning until the 1st of september . plus drink lots of water and be on a diet and exercise anyway..how much weight will i loose if im now something like 4foot 9. 7 stone..

you will "lose" if you burn more cals than you consume.
you're supposed to eat 2 meals of special K that's what it says on the box. But yeah of course you will( but don't expect it to be more than like...5lbs.)
Eat whatever you want, don't drink to much water, and EXCERCISE. Honestly, I eat like a pig, and I'm skinny. I also ride mountain bikes about 100km. a week or more in the summer, and ski all winter. (I usually gain about 15 lbs. (still skinny enough) over winter, and it's usually gone within the first month of summer)

Everyone is different. Your body will loose differently than everyone else. No way to tell exactly. It depends on our heart rate while working out, the amount of carlories you are burning and your total intake of food.

Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
