Answers:
Try to loose weight very fast is not the answer. When you go off the diet you will gain the weight back slowly and probably put on more weight.

You need to loose the weight very slowly and keep it off. This takes a change is lifestyle. Basically, you need to eat the right foods and not eat a lot of them. You will be hungry at times, but it takes will power. I would stay away from high sugar, high carb products and high fat products. I would eat salads with not too much dressing and fresh fruits and lean meat. I would eat very small quantities of things like bread, pasta, potatoes.

I would not eat any sweets or deserts like doughnuts and regular ice cream. Drink plenty of water to make you feel full.
what is your diet like? what are you eating? how many caloires are you eating? need some more info.
the best way i have found is to eat six smaller meals a day, light on the carbs, more protein, and drink 8 glasses of water with lemon . And 30 mins of exercise 4 times a week.
You should be eating 1000 calories a day.
You should be exercising for 1 hour a day.

i went on a diet which lost me about 7 pounds all i did was 1 hour a day running and eat 3 meals a day but also no snacking instead drink about a cup full of lemon juice at 3.00, 6.00 and 9.00 it works trust me

TIP:don't go for a size zero stay safe
Quick answer: body has adjusted to diet.

Breakdown: When dieting it is important to continously eat palm sized meal through out the day every 2-3 hours. The meals should be raw food, mixed protiens, fruits. Try to limit your animal protiens such as cheese, beef, ham..etc..generally animal protiens are higher in fat per calorie and show little benefit when trying to reduce body fat. Try to snack on granola, veggie snacks, and fruits through out the day. Drink a minimum of either 8oz per hour, or half your body weight in ounces per day in water. The water will help you digest the foods better and flush the body of excess fatty cells. Email me later for a more in depth explanation. Your work outs should be short(1hr) and intense, 5x's per week.

Now, why you gained some of the weight back. Most likely, when you began deiting you cut back your portion sizes and remained on the 3 meals per day program. VERY BAD FOR YOU. So your bodies began using some of it's stored energy fat & muscle(calories) which caused the weight loss. Great. But by week two your body is in rhythm with the lower calorie intake, and since it's in rhythm it can begin to replenish the calories it used(you gained wieght) to prepare for the next adjustment.
Key: Palm sized meals every two hours keeps the body burning calories because the body needs the calories to continue to break down the new healthier foods. The healthier foods have less fat in them for the body to store, so the body must use the stored fat for energy to burn the new energy. So your body isn't getting excess amount of fat to store again, and begins to burn lean energy. Think of it like a car. Fill up the gas tank and it burns fuel effeciently, load it up with extra gas cans in the trunk and the the extra weight affects the mileage.
