This is my third day missing the gym?
I have been sick with what I think is allergies, I am very congested and have a slight cough, I can barely breathe, I dont want to miss my workouts but I can barely breathe, much less workout...any suggestions?
What's your opinion on Weight Watchers?

Relax. Take it easy.
I'm coming off a 5 day out due to a sinus infection and my body and workouts are feeling better than ever. Let your body rest, and focus on getting better. You'll only draw it out longer if you kick your body when it's down.
See a doctor if you concerned to precribe something to get you back to being a gym rat.

If you're that congested, I say rest until you feel well enough to workout. You're not going to lose that much ground if you even take a couple of weeks off.
You have to get plenty of rest and liquids before starting up again....

sorry but the only thing you can do is rest. Get lots of sleep and water. Try some over the counter allergy meds.
