I was wondering if bike riding like BMX.. Is a good way to lose weight i ussualy do it everyday for atleast 20 min. I do bunny-hops and sumtimes a can pull of a catwalk stuff like that will that help me loose weight and if so dose anyone know if it will help a lilttle or alot?

whenever you get your heart rate up you are burning calories. However if you eat more, you are just replacing them. Eating less will help you lose more than just exercising alone.
Yes this will burn some calories, also watching your foods will be a big part of the plan. Sweets, cheeses, pizza's,sodas, fast foods should be very limited. Meals should be eaten in moderation.
