How should i drink my green tea? sugar no sugar?

Question:
i heard green tea helps to lose weight and that what im aiming for. Should i drink it hot, cold sugar honey?? what?! and give me an amount per day would also be helpful. thanks

Answers:
In Japan or China people drink green tea without any additive, from kids to senior citizens. Kind of bitter taste is the enjoyable taste for them. I think without sugar or honey is better off. If you try to drink green tea that way every day with meal and in between, you would get used to the taste. Normally speaking, green tea is ment to be drunk hot. I don't know that green tea helps to lose weight. I wish you a good luck.
I can't answer all your questions, but I will say that since sugar and honey both have calories, I would say it would be better not to use them for weight loss. Look into using Stevia; it's a natural, herbal sweetener (the one I have is called SweetLeaf); my allergy doctor recommends it. You hardly need any of it to sweeten tea, especially hot tea, although it doesn't like to dissolve in iced tea as easily. Good luck!
try "Good Earth" brand green tea. its the best green tea ive had...to me it tastes like papaya :) no sweetener needed
