I need to lose 4-6 pounds in a week?!?

I always try and do the same thing.. It's REALLY Easy and possible if you don't eat carbs. Eat a lot of protein, Chicken, eggs, cottage cheese. Don't pay attention to fat as much as the carbs and i SWEAR you'll lose more then 6 lbs. Drink a lot of water.. workout in the morning and whenever you get free time but don't overdo it and also use light weights.. You'll look much more toned, and it doesn't take long for other people to notice

Maintain a Balanced Diet - Not only how often you eat is important, but your food choices are equally as important. Nurture you body with the appropriate balance of protein and carbs.

Eating whole foods rather than processed food gives your digestive system a workout that burns calories. For example: choose an apple over apple juice.
Workout with Weights - Building muscle mass will replace stored fat. As you build muscle tissue your metabolism increases.
Don't Forget Cardio - You need to get that heart rate up and breathe a little heavier. Twenty to thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week is recommended. Brisk walking or swimming are good. Or utilize exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical trainer).

Drink 6 glasses of water a day, don't eat any bread products or fast food, don't put any salad dressing on your salads (or keep it to a tablespoon), eat broiled meats only & lots of vegetables. Snacks can be a handful of almonds &/or fruit.

Do at least 1/2 hour of cardio per day (walking, running, skipping etc.)
Colon cleansing, JK well sort of the only way to do that is a liquid fast, but you better be ready to deal with being weak,shaky and taking a lot of poops. Start with a protein shake in the morning alternate with grapefruit juice and green tea, and water; then have another protein shake for dinner but not after 5pm. Have no solids and no sweets. If you think you have to have solids eat fish only not fried. That is all you need to do but don't go without solids for more then 2 weeks or you'll get delirious and your stomach will eat itself. Oh if your rich nutrition stores have specific shakes taken in specific order you can buy. Peace

Follow that diet:
- 1 serve of special K the morning
-1X fruit (small) at 9 Am (apple / Orange / Kiwi/etc...)
-100grams of Lean meat - Chicken (no skin), Lean beef , Fish , Plenty of veges ( no Pasta, rice or Potatoes) for lunch
-1 low fat yogurt at 4 pm
-1 small bowl of soup with 2 slices of all meal bread with 1 fruit in the evening.
-1 small low fast biscuit with a cup of tea before retiring..
Drink plenty of water , minimum 1/2 gallon in the day
