Weight Question? I need 15 or more opinions!?

I used to eat A LOT but now I'm cutting down. I've already lost 4 pounds in just 2 weeks. WITHOUT EXCERCISE!
I want to lose 50 pounds so how many calories can I eat per day? How long will this take? I will bike sometimes, and go on the elliptical if my mom and I buy one!
Answers:
Try 1200 calories a day (NO LESS!!). Keep a calorie record to help keep you on track. You need to exercise for 30 to 40 minutes 6 to 7 days a week and I mean SWEAT! Walking/jogging, cycling is good or an aerobic step is a good choice for rainy days. If you stick to this you'll lose about 2-3 healthy pounds a week. Any faster and you'll losing lean tissue (muscle) and you don't want that. Be patient ok? This is an eating plan you can live with for the rest of your life and your weight won't ever be a problem again...if you lose it too fast or starve, you'll gain it all back plus extra weight...Good luck. You'll be looking great by Christmas.
You need to exercise.
it depends on how much you weigh..to lose weight quick aim for about 1500 calories a day
build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.
drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.
eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.
don't sit in front of the tv while eating.
pretty much pay attention only to your food when you eat
also allow your body to tell you when you're hungry, when it growls, eat.
do aerobic exercises
do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer
you can run in one place for 15 min per day or more.
or run up and downstairs. or jog/run/walk around your block.
then slowly increase the time, by 5 min per day.
and if you're gonna do sit-ups, cutches, pull=ups, etc. add 10 per day
starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.
also laughing for 10-15 minutes

If you get cravings in afternoon, it means you're not getting enough food in the day.
Have and extra half apple, or an extra of something healthy for breakfast or have a snack before
yur usual cravings start everyday.

Really do! It took me 19 hours altogether
to put this together.
I went through all my magazines
and look through the internet, for good sites
ask families and friends, and thought what i did
to put this together.
And read newspaper.
Also i'm a very slow typer.
FYI i give this to anyone trying to lose weight or build muscles and i finshed this a few days ago.
No one can tell you what your metabolism is without running many tests, so asking that question here is a bit shaky.
There are people that maintain weight because of their metabolism more than the extra food they are eating. The proper weight loss is the combination of food and activities. Not just sometime activities but at least 3 to 4 times a week for at least a minimum of 30 minutes each time. Daily exercise is better if you don't overdo it but will keep it going.
You don't have to buy a thing to exercise, just walk. If it makes you feel better to throw away money on exercise things, it is your money, but it does not help to lose weight.
