How can I gain 5 lbs?

Question:
According to the BMI I am healthy. However, I could use a few more pounds of muscle on me. I am 15, 5'8 and 135 pounds. I take weight gainers, protein, and creatine because I work out a lot. I exercise everyday, whether it is lifting weights or doing light cardio.

Answers:
If you want to gain weight you need to take in more calories. If you want to gain muscle drink protein shakes and work out a lot. I mean str training. Cardio helps burn fat. Only do cardio 5 min before you do str training to get ready to do some lifting! Eat healthy though, dont eat crap. Try to incorporate more protein in your diet.
WOW UR SKINNY AND SHORT! EITHER AY JUST LIFT WEIGHTS AND EAT MORE CALORIES THEN U ARE BURNING OFF THATS A MUSTTTTTT

well not only eating but work out too! eat lots work lots ...gain lots

Everything listed above will make you gain weight, but if you want to do it the healthy way, the key is to up your protein with foods like lean cuts of meat, chicken, etc. and work out more doing things like strength training. You will gain muscle mass rather than fat, which weighs more than fat anyway. If you just gain fat, you'll have a 'flabby' body, wheras you could have a healthy, fit, muscular build if you gain weight the right way.
