This is a question fo people who have lost a lot of weight?

well i was just wondering how you basically lost your weight and the most effective way to keep it off. also how do you stay motivated to do things for so long. (thats my problem i can only keep a diet for about 3 days) i usually get really bored during the day time when theres nothing to do so i basically just eat. im not sure how much i weigh but before i went on vacation i had looked fine but i gained some weight back please help i really want to show everyone how great i can look and show everyone that i can lose weight before and while schools going on.

I walk one hour everyday. I also wear a calorie counter water and keep a mathmatical chart of my calories burned to calories intake. I also only buy my food at Trader Joes.

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
you just have to look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you have to stay committed to a diet that will benefit your life and maybe even increase the days/years you live. if you aren't happy with the way you look then put some work in and stay dedicated, or else you will be just what you dont want to be, which is fat
i lost about 30 pounds by not drinking soda, eating frosted mini wheats, salads, and sandwiches (wheat bread, deli cheese, lean meat). i exercised once or twice a day depending how i felt, about 20 minutes with free weights including curls, crunches, push-ups. i also rode my bike hard for 30 minutes a day. i lost the weight in 5 weeks. the motivation is the hardest part, ill tell you that now. but you just have to do it, dont think about how much you dont want to do it, just think what you'll look like in the end and how you will never go back to being big. its a mind game, thats all.
