Why don`t i wanna eat any more?
Question:
i eat fruit in the morning, a soup for lunch and a small amount of raw veggies for dinner, i don`t have any snacks, bread, pasta, cereal, potatoes, corn, desserts or junk food.
i used to like food but now that i started dieting i lost my appetite. every time i look in the mirror i tell myself i have to lose weight so i force myself not to eat much. and when i don`t eat i feel proud, so i`m starting to hate food...this never happened to me though...what`s wrong??

I think you've gotten so into dieting and telling yourself that you need to loose weight that you've built up a hate against it-which isn't healthy if you want to keep yourself healthy-you need those breads in your diet. I think it'd be best if you talked with a therapist about your feelings toward your body image and resolve your hate against food.
First of all if your only 135 lbs and your 5'8" your already under weight, I'm 5'6 1/2" and my doctor told me I should be between 130 and 135. Your taller so you should weigh more.
Regarding your not being hungry the answer is two fold.
One, your stomach has shrunk because your haven't been filling it, that happens when you starve your self or eat less over time.
Two, you have mentally syked yourself out to think that your eating to much, so your brain is telling you food is bad, you need to stop thinking that way and eat the needed food.
Your choice in foods is good and you will loose weight eating them but you need to eat more of them.
Just get more exercise to tone up the weight you don't want to be flabby, if you have any flab which I doubt very much at your weight, and you will be fine.
It sounds like your bordering on anorexia, stop it while you can!
