My mom turned oatmeal crazy, aid?


Just because my mom found out her cholesterol is a little giant, and that oatmeal may help lower cholesterol, my mom insists on intake oatmeal with every single lunchtime, she doesnt understand the bad logic. She always complains next than she ate too much and her stomach hurts because she ate a complete meal next to a bowl of oatmeal. *sigh* its embarrassing, but my mom become crazy sometimes and i cant get through to her, how can i explain it? she even wishes to eat oatmeal next to thanksgiving dinner, how unthanksgiving is that?


Answers:    Tell her to eat oatmeal first by herself and next eat dinner 15 min subsequent with everyone else. She won't attain so sick and you won't have to survey her eat oatmeal.

Plus, there's lots of other things that relief lower cholesterol. Tell her that garlic is great, too. Or maybe you could progress and get some Soy or Promise butter (good for big cholesterol) and make her some Oatmeal Cookies. That would swallow better than a bowl of oatmeal.. for sure.
Omi goodness she sure loves oatmeal! But within are alot of other foods that lower cholesterol. Here are some : blueberries, pistachios, walnuts, almonds, avacados, salmon, any kind of fish, yogurt, soy, and anything near omega 3 fatty acids. Try to give her a unknown twist on actuality!
