I need help on an ideal weight..?

Question:
I feel like finding my ideal weight
but im confused, at http://weightloss.about.com/c/ht/00/07/a...
number 2.. how do you Multiply your height inches above 5 feet by 6. Add 106 to get an average ideal weight in pounds for your height.

Answers:
That IS confusing. I'm thinking if your height is 5'8", you multiply 8X6=48. 106+48=154. So if you're medium frame and 5'8" tall, you're ideal weight is 154. That coincides with Prevention Magazine, Ideal weight for 5'8" is 130-164. If you can't figure it out e-mail me with your height. -L

calculate if ur underweight or overweight
Just ask your doctor.

But I don't think there is an ideal weight, cause your weight doesn't make you automatically healthy or unhealthy, unless you are obese, and it doesnt take a genius to know if you are...

Don't chase after ideals. Your "ideal" weight isn't always right for you.
weight in kgs divided by( height in metres squared) =body mas index...

it should b b/w 18 and 25 is ideal wt.
