Answers:
Mariah, increase your vegetable intake with fresh organic veggies raw in salads or steamed or stir-fried in extra virgin olive oil with tofu. Cut out as much red meat and pork as possible. Stop eating junk foods that contain extra salt or sugars. Stop drinking sodas. Regular soda contains at least 12 teaspoons of sugar per can and diet sodas contain no sugar, just harmful chemicals. Drink organic fruit juices and at least 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. Also, walk. Walk at least two miles every day after school. I don't know how much you will lose being an adolescent, but as an older adult I lost thirty pounds in thirty days. I increased my stamina, energy and mental acuity tremendously. My skin looks healthy and so does my hair and my friends want to know what anti-aging stuff I am taking. Do this for the rest of your life. Start doing this as a 'good' habit and you will never be sorry.
This is quite possible. Keep up a healthy diet and good workout routine and this is quite achievable. Also, congratulations on being the first reasonable weight loss goal I've seen here on Yahoo.
