hmm i think you're a bit too young to be worrying about that.. :( i was EXACTLY like that when i was 11 i was 5' and 102 lbs. i wasn't really FAT but since all my family members had such neat figures i guess felt like the one left out.
i don't think you should do anything about it. you're still 11 and your body is still developing and you should eat just as you do now because it sound to me like you're at a very healthy weight for your build. you need to think to the future and work towards getting yourself to look the best you can when you're older coz i hope you don't take this the wrong way but when you're about 18 (this age is the age you probably need to look best) no one's going to care how you looked when you were 11 keep your body healthy while you're growing.
if you keep up at looking at yourself that way and starting at such a young age, you're going to end up with anorexia.
when i was about 12 i started skipping meals but now that i lost the weight i just wanted to gain the weight back and i did.
i know this isn't what you want to hear, but its really the best way. trust me.
but if you want to, you can exercise more, and eat a balanced meal on the side. drink plenty of water. don't eat too late in the night because fat will store easier while you're inactive and sleeping.

it sounds to me as if your starting to fall in with anorexia dont what ever you do dont diet pleaseee all it will do is encorage you to do it more and eventually you will be obsesive please this reminds me of my own life story so dont its not fun being a liar and unhappy.

I am the same height and weight 125 and people tell me I am very slim. I have been as low as 118 and at that weight I am skinny! I don't think you are seeing your body realistically. I sounds like you are very worried about your appearance and not seeing yourself the way you really look, since people are telling you that you are skinny. Does your mom know that you think you need to loose weight? I think you should talk to your mom and a doctor about your weight. Would you plz do that. When I was your age I weight the same amount as you and I thought I was fat but now when I look at pictures from then I see that I was not fat as all and that I was very fit and slim. I makes me sad to think you are not seeing yourself as being at a really healthy weight for your height and age. Please talk to your parents about this worry of yours.
Just eat only complex carbs, no or reduced processsed sugar, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
