To tighten your stomach jog for 10-15 minutes and then do 50situps...50 crunches.50 pushups. that should do the job.
When trying to gain muscle you have to give a day break between weight lifting. When lifting weights you damage you muscle tissues and they need a day to heal. your muscles will also grow faster. Good luck

the best way is to make a major life style change and that menas your diet and start exercising. most people who have nice bodies need to work at this everyday. I have lost over 100lbs by doing this,and not doing a fad diet because as soon as you stop the diet and start eating normally you will put the weight back on. Low carb diets cause liver damage, just est good carbs like whole grains and use natural oils,like canola,and olive oil. These break down in your body. I know that it is very expensive to eat this way because it seems like whatever they take out of the product they jack up the price. How I got my stomach down was and still am doing like 200 crunches a day. there are some really simple ones that you can do and you will fill them . I have a bad back so I use an exercise ball when I work on my abs. Good like. Don't skip meals, you need to eat 6 times a day small healthy meals and three smalls snacks. This is what my trainer, my doc ,my dietican,and every book on dieting told me. It's not so much as the amount of food but what kind of foods you are eating.
There is a really good book called "The Abs Diet" and it gives you reciepes and shows you specific exercises to do.
ok consume less calories/kj and got for runs as they burn off the fat on ur stomach. then do cruches and sit-ups. if u dont do the first thing u will find ur stomach comeingout even more as sit-ups and cruches dont burn kj they just tones muscles
1ST-BREAKFAST- EAT ONLY OATMEAL IN THE MORNING OR A FRUIT AND A BOTTLE OF WATER ONLY.
2ND- LUNCH-EAT A FRUIT OR A SALAD OR GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST AND A BOTTLE OF WATER.
3RD- DINNER- EAT A CAN OF TUNA PLAIN, A CUP OF VEGETABLES, AND A FRUIT.
DO NOT EAT AFTER 7PM !!
AND FOR A SNACK EAT ONLY POPCORN AND A BOTTLE OF WATER.
NOW IF YOU DON'T LIKE THAT THEN DO WHAT I DO TO LOOSE WEIGHT FOR AN EVENT I ONLY DRINK A GALLON OF WATER AND POPCORN FOR 3 WEEKS. AND I LOST 25 POUNDS.
BUT YOU HAVE TO ALWAYS DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY TO FLUSH OUT THE FAT IN YOUR BODY.
AND FOR THE 2 HOURS OF WORKOUT YOU CAN DO THAT AT HOME.
JUST DO 500 SIT-UPS IN THE MORNING AND 500 BEFORE BED.
ALSO DO SQUATS AGAINST THE WALL. 3 SETS OF 30 WILL DO.
