Is this bad or good for a diet.?


Question:
i wnet grocery shopping w/ my aunt and uncle the other day, and we got lots of fruits and veggies.

since then i have had

breakfast- cereal (reeses puffs, which i know isnt the best for you but it is only 200 calories a bowl w/ milk.)

lunch- watermelon

dinner- pizza rolls which is about 400 calories

snacks-watermelon

and i drank water, and the new DanActive drinks for your immune system.


but also i want to do better in dieting but i dont know exactly what t eat w/ the foods i have now, i have only sanwhich stuff, whole wheat bread, turkey and ham, and munster/pepper jack cheese.
pixxa rolls, beef and cheese tequitos, and bean and beef burritos, this is the stuff my aunt buys and trust me i have talked to her about buying healthy stuff and she will buy liek a couple oranges and sandwhich stuff and and is like thats it. but i also have peaches and apricots, cherries and carrots, so how to i have a good diet that works w/ only these foods, and i want to lose...

Watermelon is fine but yoru cereal and pizza rolls are crap.

It sounds like to me that you have no clue what it takes to loose weight. You really should do your research on healthy eating.

Just because foods have calories doesn't mean they are good calories..There are other things you need to take into consideration in your eating habits.

My favorite store which I only shop at is Trader Joes..Look up their website and read their labels to help you get a better idea of what you should be eating.
try making a salad you can put the lunch meat and fruit in it
for exercise get a pet then you are forced to walk 2 times a day
stay committed to eating veggies and walking!

Reeses puffs is crappy. Switch to Oatmeal or a healthier cereal. Oatmeal has less than 200 calories, and lots of vitamins and Fiber.

Even thought pizza rolls and chicken breast w/ boiled veggies have the same amount of calories, the chik. breast and veggies have 1/4 of the fat of the pizza roll, and no trans fat and such.

Plz promise me you wont eat the burritos or tequitos. If you eat them along with pizza rolls, you aint gonna go anywhere with your diet. Trust me I know. Been there, done that.

I am sure you have eggs. Use some Pan or other 0 calories spray, and only use the egg white. (16 calories per egg white)

Make you a turkey sandwich instead of the pizza roll. Much healthier
