I gained 65lbs in 1 month! Eating saengshik, oatmeal, cottage cheese, apples..etc. only to lose it back?
Question:
In just two weeks, I go back to college! If I don't lose much weight, I'd rather die.
I want to lose weight FAST! I know. FAST is impossible. But I want to atleast try! I'm so desperate! :(
So starting from tomorrow, I am thinking of eating just saengshik (www.eromworld.com), oatmeal, cottage cheese, apples, my daily vitamins and fish oil... and drinking just green/oolong tea, water, soy milk, and milk.
Maybe a slice of boiled chicken or fish every week?
Someone told me that this will slower my metabolism... but my metabolism has always been slow anyway. and so I will exercise (which I never do - like walk or run) before eating anything. this will increase my metabolism...right?
What do you guys think of this? Advices? Ideas?
Please don't tell me not to do it. I feel like dying. I NEED to do it or I'll die of stress. :(

I hate to say this but there is a much bigger problem here than just weight.
In order to gain this much, you would have to eat well over 7500 calories/day IN EXCESS OF WHAT YOU BURN even if your metabolism was ZERO (impossible for metabolism to be that low).
You are now trying to use quick fixes (the source of your problem) as the solution to your problem. This will only aggravate your problem.
You need to dispense with the quick fixes and give your lifestyle a MAJOR OVERHAUL.

Its a good idea to hire a personal trainer. They willl help you control your weight and get the exercise you need. You should contact one soon because 65;bs. is a lot to gain in one month. You should also see a phycologist to get your stress straightened out.
that is alot to gain in a month are you sure you healthy. you should go talk to your family phyican about it.
the best way to lose weight fast is doing cardio and eatting mostly carb. you might be able to lose 15 lbs. the more you work ou the more you will lose with in reason.
Alternate days for exercise: i.e.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday do cardio.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday do strength training/pilates.
Eat after your workouts, not before. Your metabolism is much stronger after you've been working out your muscles.
