Gaining weight?

Question:
Unlike most women in America, I want to gain weight, not lose it. Besides the usual exercise answer (which I'm attempting to integrate into my routine), how can I put on the pounds in a healthy manner?

I'm 112 and my goal is 120. (I realize that's not much of a goal, but I'm amazed I've gotten to 112. It's VERY hard for me to gain or keep weight on.)_

I would visit GNC, or some places like that, they can help direct you in the right direction. You need some type of supplement to put weight on. I know my husband has used muscle milk, which gives him mass, then he exercises to turn the mass into muscle. Hope this helps
Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.h...
