dont go with diet pills they may work for a while and theres some realy bad stuff in them. stick with traditional diet and exercise the best fat burning workout is a low impact cardio it burns fat where as running and other vigorous activities burn carbs.. walking and moderate jogging keep your heart rate at a decent level.. gut out sodas and fast food anything caoted in grease or high in fat. balance out your diet. use youre best judgement you can tell what is good or bad for you everyone can its ok to splurge a little but dont get carried away like a can of soda every two weeks sjhould be fine and after a while you wont like the taste of soda, i can barely stand the stuff now and i drank it just about everyday
