Crystal Light Lemonade?
Question:
Answers:
There fine as long as your not sensitive to artifical sweetners. Some people belive that have negative side effects like headaches and may even cause cancer, But I've never experienced any negative impact from they. I think there fine, but the best kind of water to drink is regular, but Crystal light packets are a great way to add a bit of flavor.
I don't think it is a bad choice at all. Unless you are concerned about the excess of artificial sweeteners.
not that i know of.
i know how it feels to get hooked!
UHH VAULT love that stuff.
No, it is good stuff
as far as i know it dosn't have anything harmful in it. obviously drinking water is the best, but I aggree, crtystal light is very good!
The crystal light stuff is okay, but remember, its 5 calories PER SERVING... so I'd be very careful about that if you're trying to watch your intake. But Wal-Mart also has these awesome water mixers that are basically the same but like half the price and with 0 calories and 0 sugar! I am loving this stuff. If thats all you're going to drink though have some vitamins with that water!
p.s. all diet/splenda enhanced thing have phenelenylene in them which some say can be a little addictive... but hey, its an additiction that isn't so bad for you.
I like it too. They now have packages of little tubes containing just enough powder for one water bottle. That makes it very convenient.
i think there is no problem with it..i mean its perfect if you wanna losse fat..
nothing is bad about it! nobady should be so out of shape that they have to worry about the calories in lemonade!!
artificial sweeteners can gove u diahhrea!! =]
I could be wrong, so check the label, but crystal light is loaded with sweetner, which is incredibly bad for you. Sweetners eventually rott your intestines if you have too much, and they can make you get a lot of headaches and feel generaly ill. It's like swallowing small amounts of poisons.
Did you know it's actually better to have the sugar and calories than to drink sweetner? Be careful of any "no sugar" or "low in calorie" drinks and foods, as they are likely to have sweetners (diet coke, diet pepsi, low fat hot chocoalte) and so forth.
There is no "easy" solution. Drink water and have the ocassional cup of juice when you have a craving (and make it real fruit juice so they are natural sugars).
crystal light lemonade is the ultimate best !
