I've to go to the gym in a while, hvn't eaten anything for few hours and I'm already feeling hungry! wht to do

take a protien shake before you go, salad isn't actually good for you and gum is stupid. take something that is going to hit your system quick and give you a nice little buz of energy. i used to take a pint of heavy cream, scoop of protien, and water in a shaker before i lifted and it worked better than NO2 and was way cheaper! if not that try some oatmeal and honey, the honey will hit your system and you will get some energy. this is of course assuming your a weight lifter.
Chew gum (Sugar free) , sip water
you should be eating 5 or 6 small meals a day it is more healthy

No; you should eat a piece of fruit or a light salad and some crackers or the like; along with a good tall drink of water. You need some calories and energy before you work out, but not by having a full stomach. Eat about one hour to 1/2 hour before you go.

Actually, starving yourself is not good for either your health or for losing weight. You need to keep your energy up by taking in some calories; or your body will store them, not knowing when you will be fed next. Eat several smaller meals per day, instead of three large ones.
