How to get "rock hard" abs?


Question:
I am 15 year old girl. I am 5'1'' and I weigh 110 pounds. Does anyone have any good diets in order to target stomach fat, especially towards the belly button area? I am pretty sure I already have the ab muscles, but now it's just making them visible. Does anyone have any good diets/ excercises to target the stomach area? Thanks!
