I'd say for his age that he is really fat but you should stop calling him fat all the time. But if he doesnt listen to and loses some weight, just wait some time because he will realize himself that he does not look good fat and he will himself try and lose some weight.

Leave your cousin alone and stop insulting him. His weight is none of your business.
Tip one do not antagonize him by telling him he is fat. Secondly he is 12, when I was 12 (I'm also 5'6) I was also 160's -180's. Now I'm the low 120's and in incredible health. Give him some time if he is happy lay off.
this one is tough. id say about cutting back on ice cream, donuts, junk and do activities like basketball, soccer, even a simple game of catch.
but will ur cousin put down his/her video game, remote control and leave his fun food?
id say creatively get him into sports. show him how much fun sports can be. when he is alone with his games and looks out the window and sees a bunch of guys having fun playing a game of basketball, most likely, he would want to join in.
i am 5'11" and weigh less than 180. he is very fat.
his height is bigger than an average 12 year old but that still is no excuse for his weight.
