I walk 3mph for 1/2 an hour plus i push the stroller.?

Question:
i walk 3 mph for 1/2 hour 5 days a week and i push my stroller with both of my kids my 3 yr old(37 pounds) and my 8 month baby(18 pounds(big baby lol)) so i was wondering if im burning more calories since im pushing the stroller.i looked at the calorie chart and it said im burning 170 calories so i guess its more coz of the stroller?what do u think?thanks for ur help if it wasnt for u guyz i wouldnt have been soooo motivated and i probably wouldnt have lost the 10 pounds so thank you soo much i mean it.

Answers:
pushing the stroller is definately helping you to burn more calories because first of all it is causing resistance which also help to build more muscle which in turn burns more calories. Good luck, keep it going.
You'll lose weight, I can't even lift anything over 5 pounds because I am a wimp.. I admit it.

Keep going!
If there are hills or a lot of stop and start involved, I would think the stroller would add a it to your fuel requirements (calories).

On the straight and level, I don't think it makes much difference. A friend of mine ran a 10 mile race pushing the stroller at nearly the same pace he does without it (Yes, he's competitive, not just mailing it in.) That tells me his effort level with stroller was close to the same. I think the stroller helps with your balance a bit and you can lean on it to reduce effort.
