Olive oil vs canola oil?

Question:
if i dont have olive oil can i use canola oil...

Answers:
yes, but peanut or sunflower oil is better for you. Even so, olive oil is cheap and flavorful.
You can, but I would not substitute the other way. I put olive oil in brownies once, and they were terrible.
yes you can, unless it is for 'raw' usage in salads for example. olive oil should never be used to deepfry in, its a waste of the olive oil. use peanut or sunflower instead in those cases.
