How do I lose weight before August 22?

i am 13 years old and I weigh maybe like 140 lbs. To me, I don't look fat and I think I look great. I can fit into a size 4 or 6 and I am comfortable with my body. But my doctor says I am at an unhealthy weight and she says if she doesn't see an improvement in my weight at the next appointment, she will have to send me to a clinic and a camp. I joined the track team (which has been over for 3 months) and I now run sometimes. I eat pretty healthy but I REALLY NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT! HELP!

Your weight to height ratio is what you should be worried about. 140lbs is not overweight if you are tall. It sounds like your doctor is kind of a hardass and maybe you should get a second opinion. Either way, a little exercise won't hurt...I suggest starting off easy with some walks or maybe some swimming 4 times a week. Exercise is the best way to lose weight because you can still continue to eat the things you love as long as it is in moderation. Keep the sweets to a minimum, exercise as often as you can, and you'll see some results in 2 weeks.
