I'm starting a new diet, any help?


Question:
its called the Garden of Eden diet. its based on nuts/seeds veggies and fruit all natural which God intended no flesh or any sortof blood spilled to eat a certain thing. Not processed all fresh and natural as it is grown. I've been a vegan for a while now and think i can go forward and make this diet work. with supplementing the nutrients i'll be missing and enjoying the natual life of foods .

Then make sure that your veggies are cooked and eaten right away because they don't have pesticides or preservatives to keep them looking fresh. Everything will spoil faster, so buy only what you can eat.

but i guess that is pretty good, just make sure your getting excercise too, cause people think what they eat they can lose pounds
This diet was supposedly used by Adam and Eve but if you look in Exodus you will find that God gave mankind, cattle, etc. to eat. Apparently man needed protein because he now had to work for a living instead of loafing around the Garden of Eden trying to make conversation with Eve.I do, however,agree that food should be processed the absolute minimum.
