How do you lose weight fast??

i dont like my weight.. everyone says im skinny..
i think im fat... how do i lose it fast?? help... no rude answers plz!!

Heres away you could loose it and this is how i loose it.
1. Eat around 1000 calories a day (no more than that!)
2. Take half your weight and drink that in ounces.
example- if you weighed 140 you would have to drink 70 ounces of water.
3. After every meal spend about 20 minutes working out.
example- 20 minutes on a bike
4. Count calories
5.Eat high fibered foods like oatmeal or rice cakes, they will feel you up with a lot less amount of calories.
6. Do NOT eat bananas,corn, or potatoes (they are fatty)
7. Do eat vegetables and fruits with a lot of water in them.(carrots, cucumbers, apples etc)
If you follow this simple diet you will lose 3 to 4 pounds a week. But remember everyone loses weight differently!

i tried losing weight, and over a few days i noticed my stomach was much flatter (for me, my stomach indicates how much weight I have put on) and I found all I needed to do was to cut all the 'naughty' things out of my diet.
I found that all the extra bits I nibbled on really contributed to putting on weight.
Replace the 'bad' things with fruit, but remember that you can still have junk food, but not too much of it!
I lost all the weight I put on while pregnant by doing weight watchers. Lost 7 pounds the first week.

You are ok weight. But eat healthily to stay slim.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
