Will I lose weight...?

If I eat only salad and water and walk for an hour everyday?

Answers:
It really depends on what you wanted. The number on the scale? or really cutting fat? What I can say is, only eat salad and water will help lose weight for someone but not for everyone. If you don't have enough protein for the day, you body will start storing any calories and make them as fat for later use. In return, that person may gain weight. Of cause this does not happen on everyone.

Also, do you just want to lose weight for now? or forever? If you really want to lost and KEEP the weight, you really need to have a health diet and keep it that way forever.

Now, you have to ask yourself, can you keep the way of eating salad and drinking water and walking for an hour everyday for the rest of your life? My answer will be no.

Also, our body need other nutrition to maintain healthy, and vegetables only provide part of them. Not eating meat at all is not good also. As result, you will be really really sick and look for doctor I guess.

Salad's are nutritious but they don't help you that much with your strenght when you work out or get tired

You have a metabolism, or a number of calories that you burn every day. Let's say that number is about 1500, that's about average.

If you consume less that 1500 calories a day, and you are burning 1500 calories a day, then you will lose weight. There's no trick, it's simple math. Of course walking and exercise helps too. Here are some other things you can do to help lose weight.

Drink at least a gallon of water a day.

Reduce carbs and increase your protein intake.

Don't snack, eat 3 well-proportioned meals a day.

Don't starve, your body will start to stockpile fat if it thinks it is starving.

Take your vitamins and get your sleep.
