Question:

Answers:
Wild fish (not farm raised or wild caught).
Fish is the best source. Personally, I don't like seafood, so I take fish oil pills.
Fish, Nuts and Seeds, Advacado, Olive oil, or you can take supplements (Fish oil, Flaxseed oil)
Fish, walnuts and flaxseed. Flaxseed is really good on salads if you don't know what to do with it.-Scarlet
Fish.but I take an Omega 3 capsule every day. There was a dr. on the public tv channel that said "If you don't take ANY OTHER supplement...take Omega 3. It's the most important". I haven't forgotten what he said and I do it every day. I have one of those big pill boxes that you can put your daily pills in...that way you don't forget it. (as long as you remember what day it is)ha Actually, it helps me keep up with what day it is. (Don't eat too much Tuna...it has a lot of mercury in it that's bad for you..esp. if you're pregnant.)
flaxseed, fish, soy, nuts. i've also heard that olives are too.
