I'm a 14 year old i weigh 97 and I'm 5'0 . i know i may not be fat but i have fat thighs, how do i loose that

At 14, you have PE and other sport activities at school, right? Take part in them. Run, play, enjoy!! Although by your weight, height and age, you appear just fine, if you note any tendency (or family trait) to gain weight, that will take care of any tendency toward gaining weight.

Lazing on the couch watching TV or constantly at a desk, contribute towards not only weight gain, but also to muscle atrophy. So, even if you're within the correct weight range, your body fat could be at an unhealthy level. So, don't just go by the height-weight-age proportions:-)) Exercise. Regular moderate levels of exercise is essential.

You are not done growing yet...give your body a chance to finish...don't focus on any particular body part at your age...enjoy your life and whatever you do...do not stop eating...eat healthy foods and get a lot of exercise...you'll find out in a few years that everything will have turned out fine...
97 what? If you are 97 kilos, start worrying. If you are 97 pounds, then don't worry, you are actually at the perfect weight for your height.

However, if it would make you fell better to tighten your thighs a bit, I would think that jogging, swimming, cycling, any cardio workout would help. Also cut out junk food if you eat a lot of it. A healthy diet consists of proper, home prepared fresh meat and vegetables; a bit of junk food doesn't hurt now and then but you have it constantly, it won't help. Also, different people gain and lose weight at different rates, so beware of too much fatty foods in case you are the type of person that can't lose weight quickly. I don't think it will take you too long to sort out your thighs, though.
Walk, climb stairs, do lunges, and lie on one side while watching tv and lift your leg into the air.
